Matt is a born and raised West Virginian from Wellsburg, WV, and graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy from Wheeling University and undergraduate degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology. Matt has 13 years of clinical experience in many types of PT, most of which, being in Outpatient/Sports and Performance PT. His clinical certifications and specialties include: Board Certification in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS), certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), USA Olympic Weightlifting certified, and a special interest in ACL reconstruction, Sports, and return to play testing. Matt is a former collegiate baseball pitcher throwing greater than 90mph in his career. He enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hunter and exerciser. He has a beautiful wife (Ellen) with 2 dogs (Thor and Poppy) and resides in Kanawha City, WV. Matt’s career is his passion and includes helping as many people in life find and follow God through knowing Jesus with use of his talents in physical therapy and exercise.
Ryan was born and raised in Marshall county, West Virginia. After studying mechanical engineering at West Virginia University, he pursued a masters and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering at Virginia Tech. His graduate work focused on concussions, preventing injury through research and policy, and making sense of human data from advanced wearable technology. Ryan has worked in the crash safety department at General Motors for the past six years, specializing in occupant safety and the use of human body models to predict injury. He is an avid runner, hockey player, baseball player, hiker, and sports fan. He has three children, a dog, and a loving wife who encourages him to pursue his passions. Ryan’s dream is a world without unnecessary death or injury, which he strives toward as a means of bringing God’s Kingdom to earth during his time here.
Matt is from Charleston, WV. He is a Certified Personal Trainer who has worked in the Kanawha Valley for 5 years. His areas of interest are corrective exercise, mobility, strength, and endurance. Matt also studied Communications at West Virginia State University. In his free time he enjoys reading, weight lifting, watching sports, spending time with his family, his girlfriend, Stephanie, and their animals. His passion is to help people move better, feel better and get healthier.
Heather is a wife and momma to a beautiful little boy. She is also a Registered Nurse and Certified Yoga Instructor. She received her yoga certification through Yoga Faith. Her passions are living out her life in faith, spending time with her family, yoga, the outdoors, slow living, and giving back to her community.
